Під час проведення спрощеної закупівлі Згідно ДК 021:2015 – 44810000-1 - Фарби (Емаль алкідна) замовником було отримано уточненні заявки про потреби підпорядкованих закладів освіти які суттєво впливають на кількість необхідного товару та номенклатуру. Внаслідок чого виникла відсутність подальшої потреби в закупівлі даного товару з такими технічними вимогами і кількістю. З метою економії бюджетних коштів та закупівлі товару виключно до реальних потреба замовника на підставі п.1 ч.17 ст.14 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» Замовник відміняє спрощену закупівлю в разі відсутності подальшої потреби в закупівлі товарів, робіт і послуг.
