Керуючись п.3.11, п.3.12, п.3.13 «Порядку закупівель підприємствами Державного концерну «Укроборонпром», затвердженого Наказом ДК «Укроборонпром» від 29.11.2019 № 333 (у редакції наказу ДК «Укроборонпром» від 25.02.2021 № 76) та введеним в дію на ДП «Авіакон» наказом від 27.12.2019 № 488, враховуючи службову записку Ініціатора закупівлі щодо відміни Конкурсу, у зв’язку з перевищенням виділеного строку на підписання договору, на підставі п. 10.36(3), п.10.38 вищевказаного Порядку та відповідно до п.10 Конкурсної документації по даній закупівлі: - Відмінити Конкурс UA-2021-06-07-004526-c у зв’язку з неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення під час Закупівлі. - Оприлюднити дане рішення Відповідальної особи щодо визначення переможця Конкурсу в системі електронних закупівель «Prozorro», протягом 1 дня.
