У зв᾿язку з тим, що редакція договору ТОВ «ЗАБ» не відповідає проекту договору, який був заявлений в нашій тендерній документації, а саме – розбіжностями, які виникли в трактуванні пункту про порядок розрахунків 5.1.1 договору від 29.06.2021 р. № ЗАБ 29/06/2-21, згідно п. 10.36.7 Наказу ДК «Укроборонпром» від 29.11.2019 р. № 333, прийнято рішення відмінити Конкурс.
