Description:

Покупець розраховується з Постачальником за поставлений Товар шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Продавця. Ціна встановлюється у національній валюті України. Придбання Товару здійснюється шляхом перерахування коштів Покупцем на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника в сумі, що вказана у п. 3.1 цього Договору на підставі накладної (рахунку). Придбання Товару за бюджетні кошти здійснюється відповідно п. 1 Постанови КМУ №1070 від 04.12.2019р. «Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти». Покупець (Замовник) має право на зменшення обсягів закупівлі та суми договору в залежності від реального фінансування видатків Покупця.
