Найменування закупівельника: Акціонерне товариство «Укрпошта» в особі Вінницької дирекції АТ «Укрпошта», код згідно з ЄДРПОУ: 20116650, Місцезнаходження: 21050, м. Вінниця, вул. Соборна, 59.
