Згідно ч. 1 ст. 32 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» замовник відміняє тендер у разі: неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель з описом таких порушень, які неможливо усунути. При опублікуванні оголошення UA-2021-06-01-000666-b на електронному майданчику E-tender було допущено технічну помилку у тендерній документації, а саме: не вірно вказані технічні характеристики закупівлі, у зв’язку з цим уповноважена особа прийняла рішення скасувати рішення про переможця закупівлі та опублікувати протокольне рішення на майданчику E-tender таким чином.
