У зв’язку з неможливістю внесення змін до конкурсної документації та з метою недопущення порушення основних принципів здійснення закупівель при проведенні конкурсу, Замовник відміняє конкурс на закупівлю ДК 021:2015 39540000-9 «Вироби різні з канату, мотузки, шпагату та сітки» (ситотканина), номер ЦБД ProZorro UA-2021-04-19-005030-a на підставі п. 10 Конкурсної документації та наказу ДК "Укроборонпром" від 29.11.2019 №333 (зі змінами), а саме, за обґрунтованих причин, передбачених законодавством або нормативними документами Концерну (неможливості внесення змін до Конкурсної документації, а саме кваліфікаційних вимог згідно Додатку 1 та Додатку 2).
