Description:

Оплата здійснюється шляхом безготівкового переказу коштів на поточний рахунок Продавця, вказаний у даному Договорі, протягом 10 банківських днів з моменту поставки товару. Підставою для оплати є рахунок – фактура та видаткова накладна на прийом матеріальних цінностей. Моментом оплати поставленого Товару є дата списання коштів з відповідного рахунку Покупця. При відсутності на реєстраційному рахунку Покупця коштів, виділених на оплату відповідного бюджетного зобов’язання, оплата здійснюється протягом 15 банківських днів з моменту надходження коштів на рахунок Покупця. Покупець таких документів.здійснює розрахунки за фактично отриманий Товар або партію Товару з моменту отримання Товару або партії Товару та підписання Сторонами здавально-приймальних документів.
