Замовником в системі було оголошено спрощенні закупівлі на Цемент (м 550) на закупівлю ДК 021:2015: 44110000-4 — конструкційні матеріали (цемент у кількості 36 тон) за номером UA- UA-2021-04-21-005339-c . Але торги не відбулися за недостатньою кількістю учасників. Замовником повторно було оголошено тендер за номером в системі UA-2021-05-07-007263-b, які також не відбулися за недостатньою кількістю учасників. Відповідно до пункту 1 ч. 7 ст. 3 Закону замовник може здійснити закупівлю без застосування електронної системи у разі якщо замовником було двічі відмінено спрощену закупівлю через відсутність достатньої кількості учасників, при цьому предмет закупівлі, його технічні та якісні характеристики, а також вимоги до учасника не повинні відрізнятися від вимог, що були визначені замовником у тендерній документації.
