Відповідно до пункту 2 частини 17 статті 14 Закону Замовник відміняє спрощену закупівлю в разі неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель, а саме Замовник зважаючи на код ДК повинен був оголосити відкриті торги, а не спрощену закупівлю. Станом на 14.05.2021 порушення законодавства відсутнє, проте Замовник має потребу в закупівлі товарів, які відносяться до коду ДК 03140000-4 - Продукція тваринництва та супутня продукція, тому і змушений відмінити дану закупівлю.
