Розрахунки за виконані роботи, поставлені запасні частини Замовник здійснює протягом 45 (сорока п’яти) календарних днів з дати підписання сторонами Акта приймання виконаних будівельних робіт за формою № КБ-2в і Довідки про вартість виконаних робіт за формою КБ-3 про кінцевий результат робіт (згідно з додатками до ДСТУ Б Д.1.1-1:2013) ) з відповідними накладними на запасні частини та актами приймання-передачі запасних частин, за умови реєстрації Підрядником податкових накладних в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних з дотриманням вимог Податкового кодексу України, та на підставі виставленого Підрядником рахунку-фактури.
