Відмінити спрощену закупівлю згідно з предметом закупівлі, код національного класифікатора України ДК 021:2015 «Єдиний закупівельний словник» – Гальванічні батареї (Батарейки) (Код ДК 021:2015 - 31420000-6) з підстави, що передбачена згідно з п. 2 ч. 1 ст. 32 Закону, а саме: неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель, з описом таких порушень, які неможливо усунути. В п. 3 Додатку № 2 до Оголошення допущено помилку, а саме зазначено «надати скановану копію висновку державної санітарно-епідеміологічної експертизи на матеріали, з яких виготовлений товар, завірену підписом та печаткою (за наявності) учасника» замість «надати скановану копію висновку державної санітарно-епідеміологічної експертизи на товар, завірену підписом та печаткою (за наявності) учасника».
