Description:

Розрахунки за поставлений Товар здійснюються на підставі ст. 49 Бюджетного кодексу України на умовах можливої відстрочки платежу до 30 календарних днів з дня підписання Сторонами видаткових накладних. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за Товар здійснюватиметься протягом 10-ти банківських днів з дати отримання Покупцем бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Оплата Покупцем здійснюється при наявності кошторисного призначення та наявності коштів на розрахунковому рахунку Покупця.
