Explanation

Після публікації оголошення про проведення спрощеної закупівлі виявилось, що у зв’язку із внесенням змін до річного плану закупівель в НЕК «Укренерго» по коду ДК021-2015: 42410000-3 збільшилась очікувана вартість та відповідно вид закупівлі: процедура закупівлі – відкриті торги, що унеможливлює завершити спрощену закупівлю. Відповідно до вимог пункту 2 частини 17 статті 14 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (далі – Закон), Замовник відміняє спрощену закупівлю у разі неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель.
