Оплата за надані послуги здійснюється Замовником поетапно після надання послуг Виконавцем, підписання обома сторонами проміжних Актів приймання виконаних будівельних робіт (форма КБ-2в) та наданням Виконавцем Замовнику довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрат (форма КБ-3) протягом 5 (п’яти) банківських днів шляхом перерахування на розрахунковий рахунок Виконавця грошової суми в розмірі, що відповідає вартості наданих послуг за договором. Замовник: Акціонерне товариство "Укрпошта", місцезнаходження: 01001, м. Київ, вул. Хрещатик, будинок 22, ЄДРПОУ 21560045, категорія: юридична особа, яка здійснює діяльність в окремих сферах господарювання. Найменування закупівельника: АТ «Укрпошта» в особі Харківської дирекції АТ «Укрпошта». Місцезнаходження: 61052, Харківська область, м. Харків, Привокзальний майдан, 2, ЄДРПОУ закупівельника: 22721970. Інформація про технічні, якісні та інші характеристики предмета закупівлі - зазначена у Додатку 2 до документації спрощеної закупівлі (Вимог до предмету закупівлі). Оцінка пропозицій проводиться автоматично електронною системою закупівель на основі критеріїв і методики оцінки, зазначених у цій документації шляхом застосування електронного аукціону. Дата і час проведення електронного аукціону визначаються електронною системою закупівель автоматично. Критеріями оцінки є ціна. Розмір та умови надання забезпечення виконання договору: 5% від ціни договору згідно з умовами, визначеним в розділі 17 «УМОВИ БАНКІВСЬКОЇ ГАРАНТІЇ» договору про закупівлю, проект якого наведений в додатку 4 до документації спрощеної закупівлі.
