Оплата виконаних робіт за Договором здійснюється Замовником на підставі акту виконаних робіт (послуг) підписаного уповноваженими представниками Сторін, при наявності коштів на реєстраційному рахунку. Розрахунки здійснюються в національній валюті України у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування належних до сплати сум коштів на поточний рахунок Виконавця. Оплата виконаних робіт здійснюється за умови бюджетного фінансування видатків Замовника на зазначені потреби. Можливе надання авансу на умовах згідно чинного законодавства. Джерело фінансування-кошти місцевих бюджетів.
