Розрахунки проводяться шляхом перерахування Замовником коштів на поточний рахунок Підрядника на підставі акта приймання виконаних будівельних робіт (КБ-2в), довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати (КБ-3). Розрахунки за виконані роботи здійснюються Замовником по мірі надходження коштів з бюджету Харківської міської територіальної громади в межах відповідних бюджетних асигнувань. Такі умови фінансування виключають пред'явлення штрафних санкцій щодо оплати робіт.
