За мотивованою заявою Виконавця (з точним формулюванням суми оплати (авансу) на придбання матеріалів, конструкцій, виробів) Замовник, керуючись нормами постанов Кабінету Міністрів України № 1070 від 04 грудня 2019 року має право надати Виконавцю та, у разі наявності звернення Виконавця, співвиконавцю за рахунок бюджетних коштів попередню оплату (аванс) на придбання і постачання необхідних для виконання робіт матеріалів, обладнання, конструкцій, виробів у розмірі не більше ніж 30% від вартості річного обсягу робіт на строк не більше трьох місяців (але в будь якому разі до кінця бюджетного року). По закінченні тримісячного терміну, з дати реєстрації бюджетних фінансових зобов’язань на попередню оплату, невикористані суми авансу повертаються Замовнику.
