Відповідно до п.5, ч.8 Ст.40 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" №114-ІХ від 19.09.2020 р., а саме: «непідписання договору про закупівлю у строк 35 днів з дня оприлюднення в електронній системі закупівель повідомлення про намір укласти договір про закупівлю». Учасник ТОВ "МЕЙКОР" надіслав листа про те, що не має можливості підписати договір на постачання утеплювача ISOVER Профі-50/Е/К за ціною, запропонованою компанією на переговорах раніше.
