Замовник протягом одного робочого дня (в нашому випадку до 20.04.2021р включно) зобов’язаний надати роз’яснення на звернення учасників спрощеної закупівлі, які оприлюднюються в електронній системі закупівель, та/або внести зміни до оголошення про проведення спрощеної закупівлі, та/або вимог до предмета закупівлі. З іншого боку, Замовник має право з власної ініціативи внести зміни до оголошення про проведення спрощеної закупівлі та/або вимог до предмета закупівлі, але до початку строку подання пропозицій. В нашій закупівлі строк початку подання пропозицій - 20.04.2021 00:00. Таким чином, відсутня технічна можливість надати відповідь на запитання учасника та внести зміни до технічних характеристик товару.
