Description:

Оплата за виконані проєктні роботи здійснюється Замовником частинами за окремими видами виконаних проєктних робіт та розділів проєктних робіт, зазначених у Додатку 2 до Договору, після підписання обома Сторонами відповідних Актів здачі-приймання виконаних проєктних робіт, протягом 45 (сорока п'яти) банківських днів. Кінцевий розрахунок за виконані проєктні роботи здійснюється після отримання Замовником від Підрядника розробленої проєктної документації з урахуванням усіх зауважень, отриманих від Замовника та органів, що здійснюють погодження документації, після отримання Підрядником та передання Замовнику позитивного експертного звіту, виданого експертною організацією, та після підписання Сторонами відповідного Акта здачі-приймання виконаних проєктних робіт, протягом 45 (сорока п'яти) банківських днів.
