відмінити закупівлі «Капітальний ремонт блоку повітряного нагнітача компресора роторного ВР 106-40/1,5Ш» 50530000-9 - Послуги з ремонту і технічного обслуговування техніки», код згідно ДК 021:2015 «Єдиний закупівельний словник» - 50530000-9 - Послуги з ремонту і технічного обслуговування техніки, оскільки замовник не мав можливості надати відповідь роз’яснення на звернення учасника спрощеної закупівлі, у тому числі у строк, визначений Законом, тому замовник відповідно до п.2 частини 17 статті 14 Закону відміняє спрощену закупівлю з причини неможливості усунення порушень.
