З-№35Т/ У вимогах до предмета закупівлі, що містять посилання на конкретну торговельну марку чи фірму, патент, конструкцію або тип предмета закупівлі, джерело його походження або виробника, слід розуміти вираз «або аналог-еквівалент». Вимагається … наявність сертифіката якості, відповідності, іншого документа щодо властивостей та якості предмета закупівлі. Відповідність ДСТУ, ГОСТ, ТУ або іншій стандарт, діючий на території України. Гарантійний термін експлуатації Товару, на момент передачі Покупцю, повинен складатиме не менше 70 % від терміну, визначеного виробником. При відвантаженні повинна зберігатися цілісність стандартної упаковки з чітко визначеними реквізитами виробника та датою виготовлення. Неякісний товар підлягає обов’язковій заміні за рахунок постачальника. Гарантія Продавця – 12 місяців з дати відвантаження. Умови поставки викладено у проекті Договору про закупівлю.
