Києва у зв’язку з розповсюдженням гострої респіраторної хвороби COVID-19 та складної епідемічної ситуації. Керуючись пунктом 3 частиною 8 статтею 40 Закону - переговорна процедура закупівлі відміняється у разі відсутності подальшої потреби в закупівлі товарів, робіт чи послуг.
