Explanation

На вимогу одного з учасників Замовник погоджується внести зміни в Вимоги до кваліфікації учасників, вилучивши посилання на рейтинг Фориншурера. Оскільки термін для внесення змін до документації згідно вимог закону вже минув, прийнято рішення про відміну спрощеної закупівлі. Таким чином Замовник відміняє Закупівлю відповідно до пункту 2 частини 17 статті 14 Закону оскільки неможливо усунути порушення, що виникло через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель.
