Description:

Розрахунок проводиться після підписання Сторонами Акта приймання-передачі наданих послуг (далі – Акт). Розрахунковим періодом для оплати послуг є календарний місяць. Плата за Послуги вноситься Замовником не пізніше 28 (двадцять восьмого) числа поточного місяця, за попередній згідно з окремими рахунками та Актами наданими Виконавцем. До 10 (десятого) числа поточного місяця Замовник та Виконавець підписують Акт за цим Договором за попередній місяць, при цьому Виконавець зобов’язаний надати Акт Замовнику не пізніше 5 (п’ятого) числа поточного місяця, за попередній, а Замовник повинен підписати Акт та повернути його Виконавцю не пізніше 10 (десятого) числа поточного місяця, за попередній або у цей же термін обґрунтовано відмовити у його підписанні. При наявності мотивованої відмови Сторони складають протокол про необхідні доробки з боку Виконавця, і після виконання зазначених доробок проводиться повторне прийняття послуг. Валюта платежу – гривня.
