До рахунку-фактури додаються акти наданих послуг за постачання теплової енергії із зазначенням обсягу переданих послуг Замовнику. Розрахунковим періодом є календарний місяць. Кінцевим терміном розрахунку за спожиту теплову енергію є 28 число місяця наступного за розрахунковим. Розрахунки проводяться в грошовій формі згідно рахунка-фактури та акту наданих послуг на розрахунковий рахунок Учасника по тарифу, встановленому для бюджетних установ.
