В ході аналізу зразків форменого одягу, наданого Замовнику переможцем закупівлі UA-2021-03-25-010026-c ФОП «Павлюк Галина Дмитрівна» з’ясовано невідповідність якості товару, заявленій в технічному завданні Замовника. На підставі вищезазначеного відмінити спрощену закупівлю в зв’язку з відсутністю подальшої потреби в закупівлі товарів за кодом ДК 021:2015 «Єдиний закупівельний словник» 18110000-3 Формений одяг. з підстави, що передбачена згідно з п.1 ч. 17 ст. 14 Закону.
