Description:

Оплата за надані послуги здійснюється поклажодавцем не пізніше 10 (десятого) числа місяця, наступного за звітним, згідно з виставленими Актом наданих послуг та рахунком на оплату, що складаються зберігачем у 2 (двох) примірниках по 1 (одному) для кожної із сторін та за умови відсутності виконавчих документів на безспірне стягнення з реєстраційних рахунків поклажодавця. Оплата за даним договором здійснюється шляхом перерахування поклажодавцем грошових коштів на поточний рахунок зберігача у строк не пізніше 10 (десятого) числа місяця, наступного за звітним. Оплата проводиться в національній валюті України. Сторони домовились, що всі остаточні розрахунки за договором проводяться відповідно до вимог встановлених змістом статті 57 Бюджетного кодексу України від 08.07.2010 № 2456-VI. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за надані послуги здійснюється протягом 5 (п’яти) банківських днів з дати отримання поклажодавцем бюджетного призначення на фінансування відповідних послуг на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
