Згідно зведеного переліку суб’єктів природних монополій, який згідно ч. 2 ст. 5 Закону України «Про природні монополії» складається та ведеться Антимонопольним комітетом України, станом на 11.03.2021 року МАНЕВИЦЬКЕ ВИРОБНИЧЕ УПРАВЛІННЯ … ЖИТЛОВО-КОМУНАЛЬНОГО ГОСПОДАРСТВА займає монопольне становище на ринку водопостачання та водовідведення у Волинській області і відповідно є єдиним постачальником послуг водовідведення в смт. Маневичі. Тому, виходячи із вищезазначеного та керуючись п.2 ч.7 ст.3 Закону – «Відсутність конкуренції з технічних причин», тому дана закупівля проводитиметься без використання електронної системи з постачальником послуг МАНЕВИЦЬКЕ ВИРОБНИЧЕ УПРАВЛІННЯ ЖИТЛОВО-КОМУНАЛЬНОГО ГОСПОДАРСТВА.
