У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування Замовника, розрахунок за надані послуги здійснюється протягом 3 (трьох) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного фінансування на свій рахунок, при цьому штрафні санкції до Замовника при затримці оплати не застосовуються.
