Description:

Споживач сплачує поставлений природний газ протягом 10 днів з дня підписання Акту приймання-передачі природного газу та виставлення відповідного рахунку на оплату. Технічні характеристики природного газу, котрий постачається Замовнику, повинні відповідати міждержавному стандарту ГОСТ 5542-87 Гази горючі природні для промислового і комунально-побутового призначення. Технічні умови», положенням Кодексу газотранспортної системи, Кодексу газорозподільних систем. Ціна – 100 %. Ціна пропозиції визначається учасником самостійно відповідно до чинного законодавства України та умов Вимог до предмету закупівлі у відповідній грошовій одиниці - гривня, з урахуванням вартісних та інших характеристик робіт, умов договору про закупівлю, усіх витрат пов’язаних з їх виконанням, податків і зборів (обов’язкових платежів) відповідно до вимог чинного законодавства.
