Аванс за цим Договором сплачується у розмірі 30% суми вартості Договірної ціни на протязі 5-ти календарних днів з моменту укладення договору. Наступні оплати здійснюються за виконані роботи щомісяця з оформленням актів виконаних робіт (форма №КБ-3 та №КБ-2в) за виключенням передоплати на протязі 3 робочих днів. Замовник зобов’язаний забезпечити своєчасне фінансування Робіт та розрахунки із Підрядником за виконані Роботи. Замовник здійснює оплату Підряднику за виконані Роботи протягом 3-х банківських днів з моменту підписання акту приймання-передачі виконаних робіт (форма №КБ-3 та №КБ-2в).
