Description:

4.1. Замовник оплачує роботи і послуги за ціною, затвердженою в установленому порядку, передбаченою специфікацією, яка додається до даного Договору (Додаток №1 до даного Договору). 4.2. Оплата за виконані роботи (послуги) здійснюється в безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування суми на розрахунковий рахунок Виконавця згідно виставленим рахункам. 4.3. Моментом фактичної оплати виконаних робіт (послуг) являється поступлення коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Виконавця. 4.4. За роботи (послуги), згідно п. 1.2 Договору Замовник перераховує Виконавцю суму згідно представлених рахунків. 4.5. Ціни специфікації за Договором зазначені з урахуванням ПДВ. 4.6. 100% суми, визначеної у пункті 4.4 цього Договору, підлягає сплаті протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з моменту надання послуг Виконавцем та представлення рахунку на оплату шляхом перерахування коштів на банківський рахунок Виконавця.
