Відповідно до Договору про відшкодування комунально –експлуатаційних послуг на утримання адміністративного будинку від 02 лютого 2021 року № 02-14/53, який укладено з ФОП Бурда О.С. - всі житлово-комунальні комунікації (опалення, водопостачання, … водовідведення та комунально-експлуатаційні послуги), які розташовані в адміністративній будівлі БУВР нижнього Дніпра, за адресою: м. Херсон, вул. Торгова, 37, знаходиться на балансі та обслуговувані ФОП Бурди О.С. Враховуючи вищезазначене, ФОП Бурда О.С. має виключне право з обслуговування житлово-комунальних комунікацій (опалення, водопостачання, водовідведення та комунально-експлуатаційні послуги) адміністративної будівлі БУВР нижнього Дніпра, за адресою: м. Херсон, вул. Торгова, 37.
