Споживач сплачує рахунок на попередню оплату до 10-го числа розрахункового місяця. У разі неможливості здійснювати попередню оплату на підставі Постанови КМУ № 641 від 20.07.2020 р. (із змінами згідно Постанови № 1198 від 02.12.2020 р.) розрахунки за спожиту теплову енергію проводяться на підставі рахунку та акту приймання-передачі теплової енергії в розмірі її вартості визначеної згідно показників приладу обліку (згідно Додатку № 1 – 1.6. до Договору у разі його відсутності) кількості теплової енергії.
