Description:

Оплату вартості використання електричної енергії Споживач здійснює на підставі ч. 1 ст. 49 Бюджетного кодексу України – лише за фактично використану електричну енергію, на підставі належним чином оформленого Акта за розрахунковий період, отриманого не пізніше 25 числа поточного місяця. Оплата Акта Постачальника за Договором має бути здійснена Споживачем у строк, визначений в Акті, який не може бути меншим 7 (семи) робочих днів з моменту отримання його Споживачем.
