Розрахунки з постачальником здійснюються шляхом перерахування коштів на поточний рахунок учасника після надання послуг з відстрочкою платежу до 10 днів та з урахуванням фінансування видатків замовника. Мова (мови), якою (якими) повинні готуватися тендерні пропозиції – під час проведення процедури закупівлі усі документи, що мають відношення до тендерної пропозиції та складаються безпосередньо учасником, викладаються українською мовою.
