Description:

Оплата Товару проводиться Покупцем у національній грошовій одиниці України на поточний рахунок Постачальника протягом 3 (трьох) банківських днів після отримання Товару на підставі рахунку та видаткової накладної. Згідно ст. 23 Бюджетного кодексу України фінансові зобов’язання Покупця виникають при наявності відповідного бюджетного призначення (бюджетних асигнувань). У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за товар здійснюється протягом 3 банківських днів з дати отримання Покупцем бюджетного призначення на фінансування на свій розрахунковий рахунок, штрафні санкції у цьому випадку до Покупця не застосовуються.
