Передбачена пунктом 3.3. Договору винагорода за використання Твору виплачується Субліцензіатом шляхом перерахування грошових коштів у якості авансових платежів на поточний рахунок Ліцензіата на підставі виставлених Ліцензіатом рахунків, щомісячно до 25 числа оплачуваного місяця за умови, що Ліцензіат надіслав Субліцензіату відповідні рахунки засобом пошти на адресу, що вказана в розділі 15 Договору, або його копію факсом чи електронною поштою, не пізніше ніж за 5 робочих днів до зазначеної кінцевої дати оплати. Відсутніть виставленого Ліцензіатом рахунку на оплату або несвоєчасність його виставлення звільняє Субліцензіата від відповідальності за прострочення оплати.
