Закупівля природного газу 24 грудня 2020 року, проводиться Замовником у зв’язку з додатковим перерозподілом коштів - затверджених Головним розпорядником коштів довідкою про зміни до кошторису № 485 від 23 грудня 2020 року – що унеможливлює Замовником в … дотриманні строків для проведення нової спрощеної закупівлі. Оскільки у відповідності до роз’яснення Міністерства розвитку економіки, торгівлі та сільського господарства України за номером 3304-04/514160-06 від 03 вересня 2020 року - закупівля, з вищевказаних підстав – є новим предметом закупівлі та керуючись пунктом 3 частини 7 статті 3 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» закупівля природного газу Замовником проводиться у вигляді «ЗВІТУ ПРО ДОГОВІР ПРО ЗАКУПІВЛЮ, УКЛАДЕНИЙ БЕЗ ВИКОРИСТАННЯ ЕЛЕКТРОННОЇ СИСТЕМИ ЗАКУПІВЕЛЬ».
