Description:

Розрахунки проводяться шляхом оплати Споживачем після пред'явлення Постачальником рахунка на оплату теплової енергії (далі - рахунок) або після підписання Сторонами акта приймання-передачі теплової енергії. До рахунка додається акт приймання-передачі теплової енергії. Розрахунковим періодом є календарний місяць. Споживач сплачує Постачальнику вартість теплової енергії, передбачену на розрахунковий період, протягом п'яти банківських днів після отримання акту та рахунку. Оплата здійснюється на підставі ст. 47-49 Бюджетного кодексу України.
