Оплата ліцензій здійснюється замовником протягом 7 банківських днів після закінчення календарного місяця, протягом якого замовник користувався комп’ютерними програмами. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування чи виникнення інших обставин, незалежних від волі замовника, розрахунок за товар здійснюється протягом 5 (п’яти) банківських днів з дати отримання учасником бюджетного призначення на фінансування на свій розрахунковий рахунок чи закінчення дії обставин, які винили поза волею замовника, штрафні санкції у цьому випадку до не застосовуються. Джерелом фінансування є кошти державного бюджету України.
