Description:

Оплата Товару проводиться Покупцем у національній грошовій одиниці України на поточний рахунок Постачальника протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів після отримання Товару на підставі рахунку та видаткової накладної. Згідно ст. 23 Бюджетного кодексу України фінансові зобов’язання Покупця виникають при наявності відповідного бюджетного призначення (бюджетних асигнувань). У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за товар здійснюється протягом 3 банківських днів з дати отримання Покупцем бюджетного призначення на фінансування на свій розрахунковий рахунок, штрафні санкції у цьому випадку до Покупця не застосовуються.
