Відповідно до п.4.1.2. проекту договору: Остаточний розрахунок по оплаті місячної вартості газу здійснюється до 10 числа місяця, наступного за місяцем постачання газу на підставі під-писаного двома сторонами акту приймання-передачі газу. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування роз-рахунки за спожитий природний газ здійснюються на протязі 3 (трьох) банківських днів з дня отримання бюджетного фінансування.
