Розрахунки проводяться Замовником на підставі підписаних актів приймання виконаних будівельних робіт (Форми КБ-2в) і довідок про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрат (Форми -КБ-3), згідно фактично виконаних робіт, при наданні Підрядником всіх необхідних виконавчих документів, передбачених в п.5.3.6 Договору. Замовник оплачує вартість фактично виконаних робіт, які підтверджені (прийняті) за результатами перевірки технічного нагляду. Оплата виконаних робіт здійснюється протягом 20 (двадцяти) банківських днів з дня підписання документів Замовником.
