Методичними рекомендаціями з бухгалтерського обліку для суб'єктів державного сектору, затвердженими наказом Міністерства фінансів України від 23.01.2015 р. N 11, зазначено, щодо малоцінних необоротних матеріальних активів, зокрема, включаються: господарський інвентар вартістю до 6000 гривень включно за одиницю (комплект) без податку на додану вартість; інші малоцінні необоротні предмети, термін експлуатації яких більше одного року, а вартість за одиницю не перевищує 6000 гривень включно без податку на додану вартість, - сценічно-постановочні засоби, телефони, обчислювальна техніка, пральні та швейні машини, холодильники тощо (розділ II пункт 1.2). Таким чином, видатки на придбання комп'ютерної техніки та оргтехніки вартістю до 6000 грн за одиницю без ПДВ необхідно здійснювати за КЕКВ 2210 "Предмети, матеріали, обладнання та інвентар". Тому ДКСУ не може провести данний товар.
