Розрахунок між Сторонами проводиться у безготівковій формі, шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Виконавця. При наявності тимчасового плану використання бюджетних коштів беруться зобов’язання щодо оплати частини вартості в межах доведеної суми та передбачається умова щодо оплати залишкової частини виключно за наявності коштів згідно з постійним планом використання бюджетних коштів. Замовник зобов’язується провести оплату на підставі кошторису (Додаток 2 Договору), що є невід’ємними частинами договору та накладної.
