Description:

Замовник здійснює попередню оплату періодичних видань за цим Договором в безготівковій формі у повному обсязі, на підставі рахунку Постачальника згідно Постанови КМУ від 04.11.2019 № 1070 «Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти» та розпорядження міського голови від 27.03.2020 №65 «Про затвердження Положення про попередню оплату товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти», в національній валюті України, шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника протягом 15 (п’ятнадцять) банківських днів. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, оплата здійснюється протягом 5 банківських днів з дати надходження грошових коштів на рахунок Замовника.
