Замовник відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 04.12.2019 № 1070 «Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти», перераховує протягом 3-х робочих днів з дня укладення Договору Підряднику попередню оплату у розмірі 100 % від ціни Договору на 2020 рік для виконання Робіт. Підрядник підтверджує використання коштів, що надійшли як попередня оплата, Актами приймання виконаних будівельних робіт за формою КБ-2в та довідками про вартість виконаних робіт та витрат за формою КБ-3 та/або актами приймання-передачі придбаних обладнання, матеріалів, конструкцій, виробів на відповідальне зберігання Замовнику для монтажу та виконання Робіт на об`єкті в наступні періоди, протягом 4 місяців наступного бюджетного періоду.
